Sinfonietta Strings

Rehearses: Mondays, 5:30 – 6:15 pm

Sinfonietta Strings is for younger string musicians with two years of playing experience on their instrument and a private teacher recommendation. The goal is to provide advanced training and ensemble experience for those playing with proficiency for advanced performance.

Their repertoire is drawn from standard classical literature such as Bach’s Brandenburg Concert No.2, Bartok’s Romanian Folk Dances, Rossini’s “William Tell” Overture, Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, Holtz’s Jupiter, and Dvorak’s Themes from “The New World Symphony“.
