Orientation Day, Students/Parents Volunteers

Friday, August 22, 2025, at 4 PM – 5 PM at Wentz Concert Hall Lobby

We are seeking parent and student volunteers to assist with the Season Kick-Off Orientation. Volunteers will assist with welcoming families, directing foot traffic, checking in students, distributing materials (Including Check-in, t-shirts, music folders, etc.), and answering basic questions. Your support during this busy time helps ensure a smooth and welcoming start to the season!

Parents Jobs

Concert Day, Attendance – Scan student ID cards to record Concert Performance Day attendance at the Wentz Concert Hall on Performance Day.

Concert Day, Men in Black – Men-in-Black parents will assist in setting up the chairs for musicians on stage as directed before and during the concert.  The setup may need to be repositioned between musical presentations to ensure safe and efficient changes to the stage.  Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.

Concert Day, Ushers – Usher parents will scan the guests’ tickets with the Ticket app on their devices at your assigned door. They may also distribute concert programs while guests gather around each door.

Concert Day, Ticket Sales – Ticket Sales Staff will greet patrons and ensure they receive the correct ticket for their purchase. Handle cash and credit cards (you will receive training) and organize them after the sale. The Ticket Sales parents may need to scan concert tickets for admission and answer simple inquiries.
